Which Armor Is Best??? - Guild Wars Forums

I recently bought Guild Wars and I've been playing for a while. I arrived at Droknar's forge and saw the 1,5k armors. I thought they were the best but then I arrived to Marhans and saw the 15k armors. Talking to people they say Droknars armors are the same. Is it real??? Which of them is the best???

Any armor that costs 1.5k or more is best. The 15k or obsidian armor just looks (typically) better, but functions the same.

Yes, Droknar's armour is as good as it gets in terms of statistics. The 15k+ armours are the same but more aesthetically pleasing - a gold-sink.

save your money go with the 1.5k armors first they have the same armor level as any 15k armor they just look sexier.

just to clarify, this person means that the 15k armor looks sexier, not the 1.5k armor...
